Humanessence was created in September 2006 and today has more than 25 employees in France. We were able to happily support more than 500 companies in more than 10,000 jobs. After more than 17 years of existence, our vision still remains the same: proximity as close as possible to our customers and concerned for the well-being of our employees.

In addition to a perfect knowledge of our profession, our success comes from a close-knit, very complementary team, who likes to work together in a dynamic and caring environment.

Since 2015, Humanessence, one of the players in HR consulting, has been supporting the Association Petits Princes, which makes the dreams of seriously ill children come true, by supporting it in its process of recruiting employees.
This approach, which is part of our social responsibility policy, helps to energize families who are fighting against disease.

Humanessence is a signatory to the Charte Diversité in order to promote the integrity of the firm with regard to its human resources policy focused on equal opportunities, the prevention of discrimination at work and the promotion of diversity in terms of resource management human.

We have been an active member of the Association “A Compétence Equale” since our creation. We are actively involved in the issue of discrimination. We are convinced of the role that recruitment firms, transition management and temporary employment agencies must play in combating discriminatory practices during hiring.

51 years old (Founder - Operational Partner)

More than 10 years in an accounting and auditing firm (PWC, CEAF) and in international groups (CISCO SYSTEMS, ROBERT-HALF, MATRANET, LVMH), a passion for entrepreneurship and a taste for exchange led this ICS BEGUE graduate (1995) to found the company HUMANESSENCE in September 2006, specialist in recruitment, interim and transition management in the fields of finance, accounting and management, legal and tax, human resources & payroll, logistics and purchasing, banking and insurance, sales administration and support and office management.

58 years old (Partner)

After 4 years of external audit of a large communications group, he joined the RBB firm in 1990, aged 25.
A certified public accountant and auditor, in 1997 he became a partner in the firm. He is particularly involved in consultancy assignments. Specialist in the telecoms and e-business world, he is also a recognized audiovisual expert.

Philippe ROUER
74 years old (Partner)

Chartered accountant and auditor, graduate of ESCP, former member of the Paris office of KPMG.
In 1982, at 33, he founded the firm in which he now heads the Accounts and Audit department.
