The user of the humanesssence.com website (hereinafter the " User ") is informed that personal data concerning him (hereinafter the " Data ") may be processed by the company CAP FINANCE, located 6 Place de la Madeleine, in PARIS (75008 ), acting as data controller, when filling out the contact or registration forms on the website and during successive exchanges with CAP FINANCE.

2. Purposes of processing
The Data collected by CAP FINANCE is processed for the purposes of performing recruitment services and specifically for the following purposes:
- have the information necessary for the selection of the User regarding a job and to discuss with him;
- inform the User of employment opportunities in relation to his skills, professional aptitudes, availability and wishes;
- provide CAP FINANCE employer clients with the necessary or useful information on a candidate selected for recruitment;
- assess the skills of the User for a function;
- ensure the monitoring and management of the relationship with the User;
- administer, manage and ensure the defense of CAP FINANCE in the event of a claim or legal action.
Data may also be processed for the purposes of complying with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations with which CAP FINANCE must meet.
3. Data recipients
If necessary, the Data may be communicated to the following recipients:
- CAP FINANCE employer clients;
- providers of CAP FINANCE IT services;
- public, regulatory or judicial authorities when the law or regulations so require or when the institutions or authorities so request.
The recipients of the Data are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of the Data and to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures.
If a transfer of Data outside the European Economic Area must be carried out, CAP FINANCE undertakes to proceed only under the following conditions:

5. Rights of the User
The User has a right of access to his Data, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation, portability, deletion of data that is inappropriate, incomplete, equivocal or obsolete and to give instructions relating to the storage, erasure and communication of his data after his death.
